Forgot Password

OnlyMonster App Tutorial

If you're authorized in our browser "OnlyMonster" or via an Internet browser like "Google Chrome," follow these steps:

Accessing Your Profile

- Go to our service.

- In the upper right corner, click on your profile.
- You will see two options: "Manage Account" and "Sign Out."




Managing Your Account with Auto-Save Passwords

- Click on "Manage Account."

- You will see two sections: "Account" and "Security."
- In the "Security" section, under "Password," your current password is hidden.
- To change your password, select "Change Password."
- If you have autofill passwords enabled, you can enter your new password in the provided fields.
- To log out of all other devices except this one, select "Sign out of all other devices."








Viewing Active Devices

- In the "Security" section, you will find an "Active Devices" section.

- Here, you can see detailed information about the devices where your account is currently active.



Managing Your Account without Auto-Save Passwords

- In your browser, click on your profile in the upper right corner.
- Select "Sign Out."
- A new window will open showing "Sign In" and your email. Select "Continue."
- In the "Enter your password" window, select "Forgot Password," located just above and to the right of the password field.








Resetting Your Password

- A "Forgot Password?" window will open, allowing you to reset your password.
- You will receive an email with a special code from our system.
- Enter this code to confirm your identity.
- You will then have the opportunity to change your password to a new one.
By following these steps, you can manage your account, change your password, and ensure your account's security across all devices.
