Proxy settings are crucial for ensuring seamless and secure operations for agencies and creators. One of the first steps when working with a creator is to choose the most suitable proxies and activate them.

A proxy is an intermediary server that forwards requests from a user to a website and back, hiding the user’s real IP address in the process.
To put it simply, a proxy is like a mailman who takes your letter, delivers it to the website, and then brings the website’s answer back to you. The website never knows your real identity — it only interacts with the mailman.
For agencies that have numerous employees at different levels, it’s crucial to ensure all team members are using a single IP address that is securely protected and assigned to the account.
After activating a subscription plan, you need to enable a proxy when adding a new profile to the agency. The subscription plan includes proxies from a primary provider, so there is no need to purchase them separately.
To set a proxy:
Go to the Creator’s tab.
Open Settings.
Scroll down to the Proxy Settings section.
We understand how important proxy settings are, which is why we offer several options for our customers. This allows each agency to select the best option for their needs:
Primary proxies
Backup proxies
Manual proxies
Primary Provider proxy is recommended by OnlyMonster proxy setup.
Three options are available: Germany, Singapore, or the USA. The decision should be based on the location of the team working on the account.
Team’s location - recommended region:
Europe - Germany
Central and South Asia - Singapore
For other regions, the best option is the USA.
When selecting a region, make sure that the required section is marked as “Selected”
What are the advantages of primary proxies we suggest using? These are unique and stable proxies, allowing you to change IP up to 5 times a day. They are provided by one of the most reliable vendors on the market.
If none of the available options meet the agency’s needs, you can purchase proxies from an additional provider. You can select the country and choose the renewal option when purchasing. If this option is not selected, the proxy will expire after one month, and you will need to reactivate it.
If it’s necessary to use your agency’s custom proxies, our system also supports SOCKS5 proxies. To set this up:
Open Settings.
Fill in the required fields.
Click Save (1).
Once saved, you can select and activate the proxy (2).
⚠️Please note! Even the best providers cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation. Since the request travels a long distance, issues can sometimes arise, causing connection drops or weak performance. In such cases, the profile or certain sections may load slowly or not load at all.
How to handle common proxy issues?
Several factors can cause loading issues. To determine whether the issue is related to proxy performance, follow the next simple steps.
Perform two speed tests:
One in your regular browser.
One in a separate tab from the creator’s profile.
Click on the creator’s icon and open a new tab for the test.
If the regular browser's speed test shows over 50 Mbps, but the creator’s tab has significantly lower results, switching the IP or proxy may be necessary.
To do this:
Go to the Creators section.
Open Settings.
Click Switch IP to change to another proxy without changing the country.
Reload the browser.
If the issue persists, please contact support.
⚠️ Please Note! When switching proxies or IP addresses, avoid performing the following actions immediately after the change:
* Changing your login credentials
* Updating banking information
* Making withdrawal transactions
Any of these activities or their combination right after changing your IP can trigger OnlyFans' security protocols. As a result, you may be required to go through a face verification process to continue using your account.
